TMG offers a wide variety of lead retrieval units for your exhibitors. Moreover, we can integrate our solution with any type of lead retrieval device. The three most popular devices we offer are:

1-Dimensional Scanners

  • Small handheld units - weigh less than ½ lb.
  • Fast and extremely accurate
  • Allow exhibitors to customize a scan sheet with any type of information and to record notes that can be associated with the scan of a badge. Consequently, there is no need for printers, paper or electrical outlets

2-Dimensional & Magnetic Stripe Scanners

  • 2D scanners allow you to capture two-dimensional data such as title, address and contact information
  • A small printer may be wired to the 2D solution to allow exhibitors to print notes on the spot (an electrical outlet is required for the printer)

Real-Time Wireless Handheld Pocket PC's

  • Used to track session attendance in Real-Time
  • Applications can be customized to generate specific questions
  • Applications can be programmed directly into the hand-held scanner (e.g. the scanner can immediately accept or deny a person's entry based on their registration type)
  • Pocket PC's have the ability to scan both 1D and 2D bar codes
  • Scanned information is fed directly into the onsite database in Real-Time
